Spring BanchaSpring Bancha (also known as Haru Bancha) is a delightful green tea, made in limited batches for a brief time in early spring.

This is the very first tea of the new season, harvested and processed in late March by family-run farms in Kyushu in southern Japan, where spring arrives first.

If there is one word to describe the taste and aroma of Spring Bancha, it is green!

This harbinger of spring has a fresh, light, vegetal and earthy character, reminiscent of the Japanese countryside.

    I love this green tea. It never gets bitter, no matter how long you leave the leaves in. It also makes me feel not hungry anymore, and it is almost as fulfilling as a latte, which is amazing!
