Japanese Shiro Nuka Rice Bran Skin Revitalizer & Sash Bag

I have very sensitive skin and Rosacea. My skin can hardly tolerate using any products on my face. I received the sample size from my Aya Japanese Camellia hair and body oil. My skin loved this product as a mask. It is amazing! This product helped calm my Rosacea and redness more than my prescription medication. My skin looks healthier and glows. I purchased the large size now. I cannot say enough about the about this skin product. I have spent major money on other skin care brands, and they do not produce results like I am experiencing now. What a wonderful product! I didn't know just a sample could make such a big difference in my skin. I've received a sample with my recent order and I've just ordered a full size. At a very young 70+ years old I'm thrilled beyond words to have found this product. I'm a strawberry blonde with fair, freckled skin and have spent most of my life out of doors. I have the appropriate amount of wrinkles for my age and because I've exposed my skin to the sun, wind and cold my freckles have turned into ugly red blotches. But because we girls never give up on looking our best I'm constantly searching for some miracle product that will heal the damage I've done to my skin. This is it! I received a sample with my first order of camellia oil and now I can't live without it. I have noticed a difference in my "blotchy skin" in just 2 weeks of using this. I use the yomogi soap and a quarter teaspoon of this to clean my face twice a day. I now look forward to cleansing my face because I love feeling the luxurious lather, the soap is as soft as silk on my skin and the shiro nuka adds the special touch of lightening and brightening. If this can help me at my advanced age I can't imagine what it would do for a 30 year old. So sad that I didn't know about this 40 years ago.

I use this product both with and without the sash bag as well as a mask. Shiro Nuka is absolutely the best cleanser for reactive, red and sensitive skin. I use it morning and night. My typically red, dry/dehydrated, flakey, blackhead prone skin is much smoother, calmer and now I only use a couple of dabs of natural concealer on the reddest of areas instead of covering the whole bottom half of my face! Highly recommend if you are looking for a very gentle cleanser for red, acne, inflamed, dry/scaly skin. At least ask for a sample to try in an order! 100% love!

Not even as a child I had such a soft, bright and even skin like now. The pores are almost not visible anymore, all black spots vanished, no acne or other inflammations - there are no words that could describe how thankful I am - for the first time I have a skin I wished for all my life. The whole experience of opening my parcel from Wawaza was truly joyful! The box itself looked like a gift box, white cardboard with cute stickers on it (alongside the usual customs). On opening it I found layers of delicately cut packaging, closed with beautiful washi tape. The tape even had the ends folded back for ease of opening! Each item was individually and carefully wrapped. Even the order form was folded carefully. What a nice change from the usual experience of items thrown carelessly into plastic bags to arrive damaged. I was sent free samples of oil and tea, which I am looking forward to trying. The product itself smells amazing, was easy to use, had a wonderful little instruction leaflet with clear steps and pictures. The bags are perfect for use and easy to clean. I've only tried it once but my skin felt amazing afterward. I have stress eczema on my hands and this felt much better after using the product, the redness had mostly calmed down and it was not sore. I also felt very calm after the whole ritual which can only help as well. The order arrived in super quick time, I ordered something from the UK on the same day as this and they both arrived in the same post! Very efficient service. Started the facial wash a few days ago. And 3rd day onwards my skin felt more hydrated. Love the smell of the wash and the feel of my skin now! Thanks for the gift too! Can’t wait to try out more wawaza products.

I have now ordered my third batch of Shiro Nuka. After having tried other products (chemical / harsher on the skin) for skin brightening I am happy to have found Shiro Nuka. I use Shiro Nuka daily, mornings and evenings, my skin is brighter and spots have gradually faded away. Mornings, I mix it with water and massage onto face for about 30 seconds. Evenings I do the same but keep on face for longer (5 mins or so). In the evening, after applying the Shiro Nuka mask and rinsing I apply pearl powder mixed with rice bran oil and leave overnight. Not sure which ingredient is the more potent, but routinely combining these three products from wawaza (shiro nuka, pearl powder and rice bran oil) into my daily routine has drastically improved the appearance of my skin. EXTEMELY pleased with the results!

I am using this for several weeks, and it makes my skin even, spots disappeared and my skin feels more healthy - the scent is natural "ricey" I like it and recommend it.

I received a sample of the rice bran powder with a purchase of the Funori powder and Aya camellia oil. I filled a sachet with the powder, swished it through lukewarm water and gently massaged my skin as recommended. I then splashed the cloudy lukewarm rice water over my skin and gently patted my face. My face was immediately more soft and smooth. The results held til the next morning. I was thrilled. I refrained from giving five stars because my experience is based on one usage. I plan on ordering a full batch though.

I have used many skincare lines, even organic, but this is the best skincare for my skin. I'm Native American and Japanese, mature skin, combination, with hyperpigmentation and enlarged pores. I also have a skin condition I'm working on with diet. This Nuka is gentle yet effective in cleansing and mildly exfoliating with just the use of my fingertips. I've not used the traditional sash method or the bowl method. Instead, I mix a paste and apply it directly to my skin. On some days I wash first with the sample rice bran soap I received from Wawaza, then apply a thin paste and gently cleanse with circular motions, from forehead to decollete, and on other days I'll just use a thicker paste, gently massage, then shower it off. My regimen now consists of Nuka, Rice Bran Oil (Bijin) mixed with the nacre here, then a few items for other issues (skin issue and SPF 15 organic cream) My skin is no longer sensitive (no synthetics!) and has calmed down. My skin issue is unnoticeable, and I no longer endure the symptoms, and my pores are CLEAN. The combination of the nacre and Bijin after Nuka is key for my skincare health. I don't know why, but my skin LOVES this product. After every use I can see a huge difference: my skin is smoother, the tone is more even, and it's less shiny. I use it in the evening, and always get compliments on "glowing skin" the next day
