✈️ Visiting Japan?
We can deliver your order to the address where you will be staying during your visit.
If you are staying at a hotel, please enter the hotel’s address in the Shipping Address field at checkout, and include your check-in and check-out dates in the Order Comments box. We will contact the hotel staff in advance and coordinate delivery.
Customs & Duties
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may be required by the destination country. When applicable, these charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Carriers may collect them at delivery or bill them separately after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of shipment so we can assist you with the return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package. We recommend using an insured shipping service for the return.
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
