We ship every day, except on weekends and shipping holidays. The time it takes us to process and ship your order is typically 1-2 business days, also displayed on each product page under "Availability."
Before you place your order, we display the shipping methods which are available for your country so you can review and select the method which best suits your needs.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way. We also provide a tracking page with step-by-step explanations to help you track your shipment as applicable.

You may specify a shipping address other than your billing address. We can ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
International shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the combined value of your purchase. Shipping options and charges are displayed in your shopping cart and checkout page. Domestic shipments (address in Japan) are $10 for any size order.
Taxes and Duties
We do not charge you for any taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage, or customs fees. However, your country may impose such charges. We do not have customs information for other countries, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be lawfully imported into your country and to pay for any applicable charges.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We are able to accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. This includes changes to the product, quantity, or shipping address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or accept cancellations.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as described (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. If you need to return an item
- Please pack it securely in the original product packaging.
- Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please ship your return package via insured post.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, typically, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
