We can deliver your order to the address where you will be staying during your visit.
If you are staying at a hotel:
- Enter the hotel’s address as the Shipping Address at checkout.
- Add your check-in and check-out dates in the Order Comments box.
We will contact the hotel staff in advance and coordinate delivery.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import charges and related fees, depending on the destination country.
- If the shipping method shown in your cart or during checkout states “Import Fees & Duties Included,” we pay the applicable import duties and fees.

For other shipping methods, import duties, taxes, or related processing fees may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
These charges, if any, are imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities or the delivery carrier. WAWAZA does not determine these charges or receive any portion of them.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of shipment so we can assist you with the return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package. We recommend using an insured shipping service for the return.
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
