We can deliver your order to the address where you will be staying during your visit.
If you are staying at a hotel, please enter the hotel’s address in the Shipping Address field at checkout, and include your check-in and check-out dates in the Order Comments box. We will contact the hotel staff in advance and coordinate delivery.

Customs Duties & Import Fees
Shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or related fees. These fees are not determined or collected by WAWAZA.
- If charged, fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Carriers such as FedEx may pay duties or taxes on your behalf and bill you later. A handling or disbursement fee may also apply.
- If you have questions about potential duties or taxes, please contact your country’s customs office.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of shipment so we can assist you.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package.
- We recommend returning the package using an insured shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of receiving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
