Tips for Tracking Your Package
- Check Regularly: Tracking updates may not be immediate. Check periodically to stay informed.
- Missed Delivery? If you see "Notice Left" but didn’t receive or can't find it, contact your local post office.
- Be Patient: International shipments may be delayed due to customs or other factors. See our Delivery Days Guide for average delivery times.
How to Track Your Shipment
Track your package on our Tracking Page using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Your tracking number is also listed under Shipping Details when you click your Order Number on your Account Page.
Tracking Availability by Region
Australia and Canada
- Express Mail Service (EMS): Full tracking throughout the entire delivery process.
- Standard Air: Tracking is displayed until the package leaves Japan. If delayed, we can request tracking updates directly from Japan Post.
Note: Standard Air shipments to Australia and Canada are reliable and fully insured. Although online tracking stops after dispatch from Japan, we can request further details if needed.
USA, EU, and Most Other Countries
- Standard Air and Express Mail Service (EMS): Full tracking is displayed from dispatch to delivery.
Gaps in Tracking Updates
Gaps of several days to 1–2 weeks between tracking updates are normal, especially between departure from Japan and arrival at your country's customs facility.

Common Tracking Terms
- Inbound Into Customs: Your package has arrived in the destination country and is being reviewed.
- Processed Through Facility: Your package has been scanned at a postal facility.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on its way to the delivery address.
- Notice Left: Delivery was attempted but no one was available. You can request redelivery:
- Online using your tracking link, or
- By calling the number on the delivery notice, or
- By picking it up at the local post office listed on the notice
