How to Track Your Shipment

You can track your package on our Tracking Page using the tracking number from your shipment confirmation email.

Tracking info is also listed under Shipping Details when you click your Order Number on your Account Page.

Common Tracking Terms

  • Shipment Information Sent to FedEx
    Your package has been picked up from our Miyazaki location by Japan Post (U-Global Express) and is en route to FedEx's international facility in Tokyo. The next tracking update will typically occur in a few days.
  • Inbound Into Customs
    Your package has arrived in your country and is going through customs clearance.
  • Processed Through Facility
    The package has been scanned at a sorting or transfer facility. This may happen multiple times as it moves through hubs.
  • Out for Delivery
    The package is with the final driver and will be delivered today.
  • Notice Left
    Delivery was attempted, but no one was available. You can:
    • Request redelivery via your tracking link
    • Contact the carrier using the number or link provided
    • Pick up the package at the local post office or pickup point (if noted)
