We ship every day, except on weekends and our shipping holidays. The time it takes us to process and ship your order is typically 1-2 business days, also displayed on each product page under "Availability."

Before you place your order, we display the shipping methods which are available for your country so you can review and select the method which best suits your needs.

✈️ Visiting Japan?

We can deliver your order to your hotel during your stay. Please enter your hotel’s address in the Shipping Address field at checkout, and include your check-in date in the Order Comments section.

We will contact the hotel staff in advance to coordinate delivery, if needed.

Shipping Address Tip
You may specify a shipping address other than your billing address. We can ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Online Tracking Information Availability By Country

Australia and Canada

  • Express Air Service (EMS): Detailed tracking displayed on the Tracking Page throughout the entire delivery process.
  • Standard Air: Tracking is displayed until the package departs Japan. After that, updates are not shown automatically but are available upon request. If your package is delayed, we can obtain a detailed status directly from Japan Post.
Note: Standard Air shipments to Australia and Canada are reliable and fully insured. Even though tracking stops after dispatch from Japan, we can request updates if needed.

USA, EU, and Most Other Countries

  • Standard Air and Express Air Service (EMS): Detailed tracking displayed on the Tracking Page throughout the entire delivery process.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the combined value of your purchase. Shipping options and charges are displayed in your shopping cart and checkout page. Domestic shipments (address in Japan) are $10 for any size order.

Taxes and Duties

We do not charge you for any taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage, or customs fees. However, your country may impose such charges. We do not have customs information for other countries, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be lawfully imported into your country and to pay for any applicable charges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been shipped, including changes to the product, quantity, or shipping address. Send us a message as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or accept cancellations.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as described (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. If you need to return an item

  • Please pack it securely in the original product packaging.
  • Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Please ship your return package via insured post.

Refunds

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Typically, refunds are processed more quickly. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
