Visiting Japan? We can deliver your order to the address where you will be staying during your visit. If you are staying at a hotel, please enter the hotel's address in the Shipping Address field, and include your check-in and check-out dates in the Order Comments box at checkout. We will contact the hotel staff in advance to coordinate delivery, if needed.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way. For your information, we also provide a page with step-by-step explanations to help you understand the tracking terms.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the combined value of your purchase. Shipping options and charges are displayed in your shopping cart and checkout page. Domestic shipments (address in Japan) are $10 for any size order.
Taxes and Duties
Shipping charges shown at checkout do not include any customs duties, taxes (including VAT or GST), brokerage, or disbursement fees that may be imposed by your country.
These charges, if applicable, are your responsibility. They are set by your country and are beyond our control.
In some cases, delivery carriers such as FedEx or your local postal service may act as intermediaries by paying customs duties and taxes to your government on your behalf, then billing you later. They may also apply a disbursement or handling fee for this service.
We do not have customs information for individual countries. Please ensure that your order complies with local import regulations and that you are prepared to pay any applicable charges before or upon delivery.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as described (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. If you need to return an item:
- Please pack it securely in the original product packaging.
- Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please ship your return package via insured post.
Refunds
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Typically, refunds are processed more quickly. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
