We ship every day, except on weekends and our shipping holidays. The time it takes us to process and ship your order is typically 1-2 business days, also displayed on each product page under "Availability."
Before you place your order, we display the shipping methods which are available for your country so you can review and select the method which best suits your needs.

We can deliver your order to the address where you will be staying during your visit. If you are staying at a hotel, please enter the hotel’s address in the Shipping Address field, and include your check-in and check-out dates in the Order Comments box at checkout. We will contact the hotel staff in advance to coordinate delivery, if needed. |
Tracking Your Shipment
Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way. For your information, we also provide a page with step-by-step explanations to help you understand the tracking terms.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the combined value of your purchase. Shipping options and charges are displayed in your shopping cart and checkout page. Domestic shipments (address in Japan) are $10 for any size order.
Taxes and Duties
We do not charge you for any taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage, or customs fees. However, your country may impose such charges. We do not have customs information for other countries, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be lawfully imported into your country and to pay for any applicable charges.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been shipped, including changes to the product, quantity, or shipping address. Send us a message as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or accept cancellations.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as described (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. If you need to return an item
- Please pack it securely in the original product packaging.
- Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please ship your return package via insured post.
Refunds
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Typically, refunds are processed more quickly. Shipping charges are not refundable. WAWAZA Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
