How to Use
Black Soybean Tea (Kuromame Cha)
The following instructions are for two 250 ml (8 oz) cups.
- Add 1 flat tbsp of beans to 2 cups of cold water.
- Heat to a full, rolling boil.
- Turn heat down. Simmer for 15 min.
- Turn heat off. Wait for 10 min.
- Serve hot or cold.
Use as Snack or Sprinkle After Brewing
