How to Brew Hatomugi Cha
The following instructions are for brewing two 250 ml (8 oz) cups of Hatomugi Cha.
- Add 1 rounded tablespoon to 2 cups of water.
- Heat to a full, rolling boil.
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn the heat off and wait for 10 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot, chilled, or over ice.
