How to Use
Black Soybean Tea (Kuromame Cha)
These directions make about two cups (250 ml / 8 oz each) of comforting, antioxidant-rich tea.
- Add 1 flat tablespoon of beans to 2 cups (500 ml) of cold water.
- Bring to a full, rolling boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm for a toasty flavor or chill for a refreshing drink.

                Very relaxingI drink this tea almost every night. The roasted aroma is wonderful, and the taste is smooth and mild. After brewing, I like to eat the soft beans with a little salt. It feels comforting and good for the body.
