How do I place an order?

Directly on our website. You can also place your order via email to info@wawaza.com, if you have limited Internet access (such as when you travel).

What is your returns policy?

45 days from date of shipment.

How do I know my order has been placed?

We send you a confirmation email immediately after you place your order.

Do I need to register to shop?

No. You can shop as a guest. Registering will allow you to check out faster and create wish lists.

How quickly will you ship my order?

Within 24 hours for most orders, excluding on weekends and holidays.

How do I know you have shipped my order?

We send you a shipment confirmation email.

How can I track my shipment?

Please choose Registered Air or Express Air as the shipping option. Upon shipment we will email you the tracking link.

What is your base currency?

US dollars. For your convinience, we also convert and disply our prices into other currencies (desktop browser).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charge is based on your total purchase and the method of shipment you choose. Please refer to the Shipping page for details.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We use secure servers to encrypt credit card data while you shop. We DO NOT store your credit card number after checkout.

Are your products cruelty-free?

100%. We never test on animals, nor do we pay others to do so on our behalf.
